About Me
I'm a service designer with over a decade of experience leading complex transformation projects across the UK and Europe. I previously worked at FutureGov (now TPXimpact), one of the UK's most respected public sector design agencies, led transformation work across local and central governments and European capital cities, and came back to Liverpool to do my best work here.
